If The Cat is Not Around

They always say that if the cat is not around the mice will play. It is true that most of the time when the boss is not around everybody slacks-off. But don't forget sometimes it is also true that if the cat is not around there is another cat.

If the boss is not around there is another boss that would take over or an acting boss or someone feeling like a boss.
